WHAT WE DO

Six Disciplines.
One Team.

Each system shares infrastructure, communicates through a common backbone, and is maintained by the same team that designed and installed it.

01

01

Structured Cabling

The backbone of every system we install.

Designed to BICSI standards, tested to TIA/EIA specifications, and built to support current and future network demands. Every cable run is labeled, documented, and certified.

Cat6A & Fiber Optic

Copper and single-mode / multi-mode fiber for data, voice, and video. Fluke DSX CableAnalyzer certified.

Headend & MDF / IDF Design

Ventilated, organized equipment rooms with cable management, grounding, and labeling standards.

Pathway & Conduit

J-hooks, cable tray, innerduct, and conduit sized for current load plus 40% future capacity.

Testing & Documentation

Every cable tested, certified, and documented with as-built drawings and rack elevations.

IP Video Surveillance

Complete coverage with zero blind spots.

High-definition IP camera systems designed from site surveys and coverage maps. Every critical area recorded at the resolution required for identification.

Camera Selection & Placement

Fixed, PTZ, multi-sensor, fisheye, and LPR cameras positioned by coverage analysis and lighting conditions.

Network Video Recording

Enterprise NVR and VMS platforms sized for camera count, resolution, frame rate, and retention days.

Remote Monitoring & Analytics

Mobile and desktop access. Motion detection, line crossing, people counting, and license plate recognition.

Infrastructure Integration

Shared cabling backbone with PoE switching, dedicated VLANs, and UPS for continuous recording.

From single-door card readers to enterprise platforms managing thousands of doors across multiple sites. Complete credential management with real-time reporting.

Credential Management

Proximity cards, smart cards, mobile credentials, and biometric readers with master, manager, and user access levels.

Door Hardware Integration

Electric strikes, magnetic locks, and electrified hardware coordinated with architectural door schedules.

Visitor Management

Lobby kiosks for check-in with photo capture, badge printing, host notification, and automatic credential expiration.

Reporting & Compliance

Real-time access logs, automated reports, and HR integration for onboarding and offboarding.

Intercom & Communication

Building-wide communication on a unified platform.

Connects lobbies, parking structures, elevators, and tenant spaces. Integrates with access control, video, and telephone systems.

IP Video Intercom

HD video at building entries, gates, and controlled access points. Answered from wall panels, smartphones, or desktop.

Multi-Tenant Systems

Directory-based intercom for apartments and offices. Scalable from 10 to 10,000+ units.

Emergency Communication

Area of rescue stations, elevator phones, and parking call stations compliant with ADA, IBC, and fire code.

Integration Layer

Events trigger door releases, camera call-up, and unified security platform logging.

Intrusion Detection

Perimeter and interior detection with immediate alerts.

Detection zones designed from threat assessment, facility layout, and response procedures. Verified alarm protocols reduce false dispatches.

Sensor Technology

Door contacts, motion detectors, glass break sensors, and vibration detectors selected per threat profile.

Alarm Panels & Monitoring

Commercial-grade panels with cellular and IP paths. Central station monitoring with verified alarm protocols.

Perimeter Protection

Fence detection, beam sensors, and ground-based radar integrated with PTZ cameras for visual verification.

System Integration

Alarms trigger recording, lock-down sequences, and notification cascades through the unified platform.

Audio / Visual Systems

Technology that works reliably and operates simply.

Conference rooms, boardrooms, training centers, and public spaces. Designed around the user experience, not the equipment list.

Conference & Collaboration

Video conferencing with Teams, Zoom, and platform-agnostic support. Wireless presentation and ceiling mic arrays.

Digital Signage

Lobby displays, wayfinding kiosks, and menu boards with cloud-managed content platforms.

Distributed Audio

Background music, paging, and mass notification with zone control, scheduling, and emergency override.

Control Systems

Touch panel interfaces that unify AV into one-touch operation. Room scheduling and occupancy sensors.

OUR PROCESS

Four steps. One company.

01

Single scope review

One conversation covers everything. We review your full building plans and map every system needed — no separate bids, no fragmented scopes.

02

Integrated system design

All systems engineered to work together before a single cable is pulled — zero conflicts at installation.

03

In-house installation

One crew, every system. No subcontractor hand-offs. Direct coordination with your GC to maintain schedule.

04

Testing & commissioning

Every system tested, documented, and commissioned to spec. Training provided. Single warranty covers everything.

TECHNICAL FAQ

How the systems
fit together.

The engineering questions we answer on every scope review.

Yes — that is how we design every project. A single structured-cabling backbone with PoE switching, dedicated VLANs, and UPS power carries access control, IP video, intercom, and intrusion detection. Events on one system (a door forced, an alarm) trigger actions on the others.

Both are viable. Cloud-managed video is simpler to administer across multiple sites; on-premise NVR/VMS gives full control of retention and bandwidth. We size either option from camera count, resolution, frame rate, and required retention days, and many clients run a hybrid.

Yes. We install building-wide smart access — mobile credentials, keypads, and video intercom — on platforms including iLOQ, Latch, ButterflyMX, and ASSA ABLOY. We were the installation partner for the first building-wide deployment of Marks USA ArchiTech locks integrated with the Latch app.

Every cable run is designed to BICSI standards, tested to TIA/EIA specifications with a Fluke DSX CableAnalyzer, labeled, and documented with as-built drawings and rack elevations. Pathways are sized for current load plus 40% future capacity.

Yes. Intrusion systems use UL-listed commercial panels with central-station monitoring and verified-alarm protocols. Emergency communication — area-of-rescue stations, elevator phones, parking call stations — is installed to ADA, IBC, and fire code. We are NICET certified for fire and life-safety systems.

NEXT STEPS

Let us design
your system.

Every project starts with a site assessment and a conversation about your requirements. We evaluate your facility, identify the right combination of systems, and deliver a proposal with clear scope and pricing.
